Casale giuncarelli  offers, on demand, "Home Cooks" to organize social occasions for groups who want to treat yourself to "delicious" traditional dinners or tastings of special dishes. Everything is prepared with traditional Tuscan recipes with meat, fish or vegetables. Towards the autumn are also offered recipes of historic Florentine family of Medici. This menucan also be madein the summerbut for a groupof 10people minimum.

"Cuochi a casa" can also prepare snacks-dinner starting at around five pm and end at about nine. The dishes are served as "finger food" for a friendly informal time for families with children and groups of friends looking to enjoy many little details of the local cuisine.

Home Cooks” proposals are all manufactured using raw materials strictly seasonal, and short chain organic, produced by farms in a radius of 40km from Fiesole.

The menu offered vary on seasonal produce available. Other changes may be introduced on the basis of the needs or tastes of the guests. The menus are accompanied by wines DOCG "pouring in" matched by “Cuochi a casa”.
